Very friendly staff. Affordable and good location downtown. They accommodate Hotel guests in the area by offering a $5 drop in deal. A little hard to find as it's located upstairs of a building They have a wide variety of equipment in a small amount of space but compared to other places it's quite outdated and some of the machines just don't work as they used to due to wear and tear.
