Returned a MasterCraft ratchet with no receipt and was purchased at a different Canadian Tire store. Lifetime warranty was honored no questions asked. Customer service was very helpful and pleasant. Entire experience was quick and painless.
BOYCOTT CANADIAN TIRE FOR GOUGING UNSUSPECTING IMPULSE BUY FROM COOLERSCBY TILLS.When confronted about the clearly immoral practice, Canadian tire claims to have no control over cold 500ml pop at $2.39 in coolers by tills. "LIES" Righ at the wall stacked by exit shows 12 pack for $6.49 that is $0.54 each!! THERE ARE MINI FRIDGES THEY SELL THAT COULD BE PLUGGED IN AND POP A FEW CASES IN FOR THIRSTY CUSTOMERS!I beg anyone reading this boycott all CANADIAN TIRE STORES until the price of a single cold 500ml soda is reasonably priced less than a dollar?
I would give a zero if I could. I am sitting in their parking lot waiting for Quesnel towing through BCAA to come help us with a flat tire. Canadian Tire will not help us in any manner as they are "to busy". I have taken the tire off of the car myself so they would only need to pull the nail and do the repair. I WILL give praise for the fellow who did come out to hammer it off the hub but that was his personal choice.
If you need quick drop in service, skip this place and go to Fountain Tire at the other end of town. They are both friendly, helpful, and efficient. The guy behind the service desk at Canadian Tire was insincere and unhelpful. At Fountain they got me in and out in a hurry for a reasonable price. Just needed a quick retorque. Sheesh.
